During a recent interview with BoxingScene.com's James Blears, promoter Bob Arum took aim at WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. Arum says that Mayweather is a coward, mentally, and he's running scared from having to face Antonio Margarito and WBA welterweight champion Miguel Cotto.

“It’s all about money. It’s all about avoiding anybody who can give him a contest. He and De La Hoya are going to fight again…like anyone cares. He isn’t concerned at all for his legacy, but Cotto and Margarito are! I did most of Mayweather’s fights when he was coming up, and I know his mentality. Mayweather is a coward. Not a physical coward, because no one who goes in the ring is a physical coward. He’s a psychological coward."

"He cannot cope with the possibility of losing. I know that. We dealt with him over the years. Even though we presented opponents to him we figured to beat, he wouldn’t fight them because there was a chance that he could lose.”

Orale vato, you are right with hand picked opponents. Everyone, really come on, look at Mayweather's history of fights like my paisano said here before. The one and only mega fight Mayweather has had up until today is the DLH fight and the rematch coming up. Mayweather has never been a huge attra...

[QUOTE=WilmaFlintstone;3515820]If you check his record from start to finish you can see how he hand-picked his opponents and only fought who he thought he could beat... thus the undefeated record. His first Mega-Fight was against De La Hoya... that was his first pay-per-view/Mega Fight. And...
