Carson, California- With HBO going into hibernation in August and September, last weekend’s Lucas Matthysse-Viktor Postol card was a good way to start off a packed fall and winter schedule. HBO commentator Max Kellerman who will be ringside calling the upcoming fights and says the network will end with a bang.

“HBO is going to end this year with a bang, Lemieux-GGG is a war as long as it lasts,” Kellerman told BoxingScene.com.  “Then you have Cotto-Canelo, the return of Roman ‘Chocolatito’ Gonzalez in tough with Brian Viloria, Rios-Bradley, Klitschko-Fury, are you kidding me?”

Kellerman says much like boxing is continuous, the fights HBO are putting on are great but also continuous in making next year even bigger and better.

“All these fights set up other fights you’re really going to want to see,” stated Kellerman. “HBO is the highest level in boxing and it’s an ongoing story. These great fights lead to other great fights. Like Cotto-Canelo, are we sure who wins that fight? It could lead to GGG."

"Now we may have Postol and Crawford on a collision course. Are you sure who’s going to win that fight? Klitschko you feel confident but he’s getting older so eventually you think he’s going to have to lose. Next year might be better than this year.”
