Former interim-world champion Diego "La Joya" Chaves of Buenos Aires is very confident as he continues training for his fight with welterweight world champion of the International Boxing Federation (IBF), Kell "The Special One" Brook, on Saturday October 24th at the Sheffield Arena in the city of Sheffield, England. The fight will be broadcast live through TyCSports for Argentina and much of Latin America.

Chavez (23-2-1, 19 KO), 29 and currently the No. 4-ranked IBF welterweight contender, sees a lot of flaws in that he can expose in Brook (35-0, 24 KOs). It was will be Chaves' first fight since going to a draw with Timothy Bradley last December.

"It's a great chance to prove myself. Brook is tough and a technical fighter. His opponents so far have not shown the ability to punch like myself. He's good in the short distance, but he has problems when he steps back and after studying him for a while, he can be hurt by body punches, one of my specialties," Chaves said.

"All we have in mind is to walk away with my arm raised. That's why my team, led by my brother and trainer Ismael, will try to give joy to my people. It will be difficult, but remember we had faced Keith Thurman, who surprised me after I dominated much of the fight. Brandon Rios, the only way he could win was by disqualification, and Tim Bradley, one of the pound for pound fighters in the world and I fought him to a draw."
