According to The Telegraph, WBA heavyweight champion David Haye is close to an agreement to defend his title against 2000 Olympic gold medal winner Audley Harrison, in Manchester, on November 13. The paper called it the one of the biggest all-British showdowns since then champion Lennox Lewis defeated Frank Bruno almost 17 years ago. It is believed that a deal will be reached, and announced, within two weeks time. There are ongoing discussions to make the fight a pay-per-view event on Sky Sports. The fighters have been friends in the past and sparred in the gym.
