After his recent domination of Argentian Roberto Arrieta, Robert "The Ghost" Guerrero told BoxingScene.com that he wants to fight Mexican legend Juan Manuel Marquez next.

The lineal lightweight champion has a rematch with Juan Diaz scheduled for July 31st. Guerrero doesn't want to disrespect Diaz but feels that Marquez will take care of business again.  "Marquez is a legend. Diaz is a great fighter but I expect Marquez to pull it off again."

Guerrero said he felt rusty when he first got in the ring but once Arrieta felt his power his opponent wouldn't engage with him.  "Ryan you know if a guy won't fight back it's hard to chase down your opponent and put together combinations. My corner wanted me to put my punches together.  I am happy I got some rounds in and that I got the win."

When asked about how far in weight he was willing to move up, the former featherweight and super featherweight felt that he could eventually move up to welterweight. "I think I can eventually work my way up to 147. The weight felt good tonight."  If Guerrero is able to win titles all the way up to 147 that would put him in select company as a five division champion.
