The trainer for IBF/IBO/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko, Emanuel Steward, has ripped WBA champion David Haye for running away from the Klitschko brothers. Steward says a fight between Wladimir and Haye will never happen. After the Wladimir knocked out Eddie Chambers on Saturday night in Germany, Steward told BoxingScene.com that Haye is nothing more than talk. In 2009, Haye was scheduled to fight both Klitschko brothers. He withdrew from both fights.

"All he can do is keep winning and keep the championships. Sooner of later someone will rise up. David Haye is nothing. All he does is show up and run his mouth at two press conferences and take a t-shirt and put a picture on it. He still hasn't beat anybody. He beat a Monte Barrett who Wladimir knocked out nine years ago. And then David Haye fights him and gets knocked down by him, but because David Haye talks," Steward tells BoxingScene.com.

"He talked a lot, got his name out in the papers, made t-shirts with them holding up the heads and when it came time to fight he ran away. And then he ran away from Vitali. He will continue to fight the Ruizs and the David Tuas, but he's not going to fight a Klitschko. Povetkin will still feel he's not ready even though he's number one. What they are trying to do is win a championship without fighting a Klitschko."

Wladimir's next opponent should be IBF mandatory Alexander Povetkin. Steward doesn't see that fight happening either. He says Povetkin and his team continue to drag their feet at making the fight happen. As far as Haye, Steward thinks he's going to continue to make comments to get his name in the papers but he won't sign a contract when it comes down to making the fight happen.

"I don't think it will happen. Haye pulled out a week before the fight and gave about five different excuses. Povetkin is the same thing. They don't want to fight. I don't think there will ever be a fight between David Haye and either one of the Klitschkos. What David is going to probably do is find more cartoons to cut pictures out and buy some t-shirts and paint pictures on them. Povetkin is the same way," Steward said.

All Wladimir can do is continue to win, says Steward. He took a look at the rankings and said he couldn't believe how bad they looked.

"I looked at the list and I couldn't believe it. You have Sam Peter after Povetkin and then David Tua. Ray Austin is now the number one to Vitali. It's unbelievable. I've never seen a division where these two brothers dominate everything," Steward said.
