Former heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (25-0, 18 KOs) believes a showdown with IBF, IBO, WBA king Anthony Joshua (20-0, 20 KOs) would go no longer than four rounds.

Fury vs. Joshua is the biggest fight in British boxing and one of the biggest contests to be made in the sport.

The controversial boxer has been out of the ring since shocking Wladimir Klitschko for the IBF, IBO, WBA, WBO heavyweight titles back in November of 2015 in Germany.

Fury lost the IBF title for failing to make a mandatory defense against Czar Glazkov, and then he was forced to drop his remaining world titles in order to deal with his mental health issues.

He would go on to lose his license to box after testing positive for cocaine and admitting to a substance abuse issue.

Fury is now in the process of reclaiming his license to box from the British Boxing Board of Control.

He's currently training with new coach, Ben Davison, and rapidly dropping pounds for a planned April ring return.

If the fight with Joshua comes down, Fury intends to come out guns blazing from the first round and feels confident that one of them will be out cold within the first four rounds.

"I'm going to make a bold statement here," Fury told The Pound For Pound Podcast. "If I get the AJ fight, I'm going to make it a four-round fight.

"Either he's going to go or I'm going to go. He can't underestimate my power and my size and strength.

"I want to make it a war. I want to make it a Tommy Hearns vs Marvin Hagler remake, but in the heavyweight division. Either I'll go to sleep or he will go to sleep. To be honest, I don't give a flying f*** if it's me or him, someone is going."

Joshua will return to the ring on March 31, when he attempts to add another world title to his collection when he collides with undefeated WBO heavyweight champion Joseph Parker (24-0, 18 KOs) at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.
