2013 National Golden Gloves in Salt Lake City - Day 1

(SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH) – Preliminary round action began this evening in four weight divisions at the 2013 National Golden Gloves Championships at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. First round competition was contested in the bantamweight, light welterweight, middleweight and heavyweight classes in day one action.

Five more weight classes will kick off competition tomorrow night. Full results from Monday’s action can be found below.
