Former two-time welterweight titleholder Andre Berto seems to be teasing a possible transition to TMT Promotions, according to a tweet from Berto on Monday night.
3 hour Power Meeting with the big homie @50cent, Berto wrote on Twitter. Big plans in the works.
He then linked to a photo of himself standing alongside the rapper-turned-budding boxing promoter.

50 Cent, aka Curtis Jackson, has recently been in the news after getting a promoters license and signing a trio of boxers: super middleweight contender Andre Dirrell, former featherweight beltholder Yuriorkis Gamboa, and current featherweight titleholder Billy Dib.
TMT is short for The Money Team, a nod to 50 Cents fighter friend, Floyd Money Mayweather.
Berto last appeared in September 2011, when he stopped Jan Zaveck. He was supposed to have fought a rematch with Victor Ortiz this past June, but that bout was called off when Berto tested positive for nandrolone. The 28-year-old is 28-1 with 22 knockouts.
BoxingScene.com has left a message for Lou DiBella, whose promotional company lists Andre Berto among its fighters.
